Who is this course for?

This Masterclass is designed for tourism and event professionals who want to start or enhance their sustainability journey. 

In-house Masterclasses are scheduled based on the client's wishes and faculty members' availability. 

Online
4 online modules: 2.5 hours each. 
Hybrid


One day in-person: 8 hours, covering 2 modules.

2 online modules: 2.5 hours each.

In-person Two days: 8 hours each, covering 2 modules per day.

We recommend covering 1 module per week for the online delivery format. For the in-person format, we suggest a three weeks break between both interactions.

Allow 1 hour for pre-module activities and another hour for homework after each module. The final project will take about 8 hours.

Online and hybrid formats include access to the Masterclass content on the learning management system for 2 months after finishing the course.

With 25 years’ collective professional experience in travel and tourism, senior sustainability consultant, Inge Krogh Larsen, is on a mission to help destinations, CVBs, SMEs, and the meetings and events industry develop strategies and understand the need for positive change. She fuels her mission with wisdom acquired by working in Danish business and leisure tourism for 11 years. During her time with VisitAalborg and Inspiring Denmark she naturally migrated towards sustainability. This journey was further nurtured by her employers’ participation in the GDS-Index. With a renewed and enlivened career focus on people and planet, Inge went freelance.

Bella is a Changemaker at the Global Destination Sustainability Movement where her main role is to provide guidance to destinations around the globe in developing regenerative tourism strategies. As a Relationship Manager for 20+ European destinations participating in the GDS-Index sustainability performance improvement programme, Bella offers tailored support for benchmarking assessments and year-round consulting on sustainability initiatives in English, Spanish, and French. In 2023 she was appointed as an Advisory Member at the Best Cities Global Alliance in 2023.
