The shift towards regeneration is only as strong as the leaders driving it.

Regenerative leaders see the whole system, build trust across it, and act before every answer is certain. This masterclass gives senior leaders both the mindset and the strategy to lead that kind of change, from personal purpose through to a plan they can put into action.

Learn how to:

  • Shift from a "less harm" mindset to creating genuine positive impact, deepening self-awareness and systems thinking through the Inner Development Goals (IDGs)

  • Build trust and lead collaboration across diverse stakeholder ecosystems, from your own team to your wider destination or industry

  • Turn vision into strategy through practical methods for designing, resourcing, and measuring regenerative initiatives.

  • Leave with your own Regenerative Action Plan, with built-in support and accountability to move from intention to impact.

What will you learn at this course?

The Course is structured around four modules:

    1. Explore the shift from minimising harm to creating positive impact. Understand regenerative leadership, ESG trends, Doughnut Economics, and the Inner Development Goals. Reflect on how personal purpose connects to organisational impact.

    1. Apply regenerative principles to organisational design. Integrate circular and inclusive practices, embed social impact and legacy thinking into strategy, and build stakeholder ecosystems for collaboration and innovation.

    1. Develop credible impact measurement and reporting approaches and craft stories that inspire change while avoiding greenwashing. Begin shaping a Regenerative Action Plan for your organisation with clear next steps for implementation.

    1. Present your Regenerative Action Plan to the group, receive personalised feedback through peer coaching, and identify next steps and refinements to support long-term implementation.
