This masterclass is designed to empower you with the knowledge and skills to develop actionable strategies for driving positive change with destination management practices. You will learn how to minimise the negative and maximise the positive impacts of the tourism and events sector in your community.
Through a series of five modules, participants will learn about the importance of developing climate action plans, telling credible climate action stories and building resilience to climate impacts.

Who is this course for?
This masterclass is designed for professionals from DMOs, RTOs, NTOs and their key partners in the destination. It is suitable for team members from all departments across the organization, including marketing and communications, product development, partnerships, business events, and procurement.
In-house Masterclasses are scheduled based on the client's wishes and faculty members' availability.

In-person | Two days: 8 hours each, covering 2 modules per day. |
We recommend covering 1 module per week for the online delivery format. For the in-person format, we suggest a three weeks break between both interactions.
Allow 1 hour for pre-module activities and another hour for homework after each module. The final project will take about 8 hours.
Online and hybrid formats include access to the Masterclass content on the learning management system for 2 months after finishing the course.
